SDMA FINE ARTS CAMP - ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM UW STOUT STUDENTS AND ALUMNI

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR JULY 22-26, 2019

Mon-Fri from 8am-12pm of the week of 7/30-8/3, the School District here in Menomonie runs its annual summer fine arts camp for children.
THIS TEACHING OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO CURRENT UW-STOUT ART EDUCATION STUDENTS AS WELL AS ART EDUCATION ALUMNI.

Location is at River Heights Elementary School, Menomonie, WI.

Art Camp is for students in the Menomonie School District, grades K-5

Design your own art elementary art lessons and teach alongside a licensed elementary teacher during four sections of summer school arts camp.  Choose a different art project every day- or select long-term projects which span the duration of the week. Supplies are provided by the school district, and you may create a list of supplies for the coordinator to purchase for you.

* The camp is in need of teachers of all art forms (visual and performing arts). For visual artists, we especially need some creative 3D teachers (clay, fibers, wood, wire, paper mache, etc.) and drawing teachers, too; but they are open to all ideas.
